Position Overview:
  • Responsible for analysis and administrative functions for Workday.
  • Works closely with the HR, Payroll, and Accounting Teams to understand, prioritize and document requirements.
  •  Responsible for the configuration and implementation of Workday changes including biannual Workday Releases, enhancements and annual HR programs such as performance management, compensation and open enrollment.
  • Will act as an internal system consultant for HR, Payroll and Accounting by performing the following:

  • Leadership (if applicable): Motivates employees to exercise their talents to the fullest and holds them accountable for their best efforts; provides support to develop potential skills for improved individual growth and trains and empowers subordinates effectively.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Systems Management or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience with Workday with a focus on HCM, Reports, Absence, Time and/or Recruiting.
  • Functional knowledge and understanding of HR processes and familiarity with HR acumen.
  • Must exhibit sound security and confidentiality practices.
  • Experience with application support, requirements definition, test plan development and QA/UAT test coordination.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR Certification a plus.
