Responsibilities:
  • The individual will be expected to quickly learn and become comfortable working with numerous unique client business systems for work management.
  • The individual is expected to utilize existing business queries and develop queries in the various Work Management Systems to identify work performed.
  • The individual must possess the ability to interpret and reconcile work requests, work performance reporting and asset installation records.
  • The individual must possess the ability to report findings, written and verbal, on work status in a clear and concise manner.
  • This assignment will include a significant amount of repetitive tasks and frequent communication on progress with these tasks.
  • The individual must have strong computer skills and record interpretation capability in order to complete these tasks in a quick and efficient manner.
  • The individual must also be a quick learner and be willing to ask questions when unsure about assignments/tasks.

Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to various Work Management Systems.
  • Ability to query and develop queries in the Work Management Systems to identify work status.
  • Experience creating reports and daily communications for work status update.
  • Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies.
  • Knowledge and ability to query data sets.
  • Ability to interpret asset records and field work reporting.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies across the various Work Management Platforms and report findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Utilize GPS information to pinpoint potential locations identified as discrepancies.
  • Ability to interpret "Utility Speak to determine if work was performed.
  • Ability to perform numerous repetitive tasks on a daily basis including:
  • Daily data entry and correction
  • Strong attention to detail to avoid errors when working repetitive tasks and sensitive data.
  • Ability to quickly learn new business applications.
  • Strong computer skills including
  • Strong experience with Microsoft office applications
  • Above average keyboard and mouse skills.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Written and verbal ability to report findings
  • Willingness to ask questions when unsure
  • Motivated and driven individual capable of producing results without extensive supervision.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
