Eclaro International is currently recruiting for VP, Corporate Services Employee Portal Product Manager for one of our clients.

Job Responsibilities:
Global business owner of ServiceNow, partnering with global technology owner of ServiceNow
Define and align key stakeholders to the shared vision of the portal in terms of purpose, functionality and user experience
Establish the strategy and plan for portal development including the prioritized roadmap for incremental functionality and associated business case
Stay abreast of the capabilities of ServiceNow and the platforms it connects, and incorporate applicable elements into the product roadmap
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practice related to the ability of Corporate Services to enhance employee experience and improve efficiency, and incorporate applicable insight into the product roadmap
Drive the overarching portal brand strategy, brand hierarchy, creative standards, general content parameters and user interface. Ensure consistent application across the portal
Act as the employee customer advocate by measuring portal performance and conducting qualitative analysis
Facilitate cross-functional requirements-gathering, problem solving and design sessions
Provide daily direction to the cross-functional MyHub development portal project team (Developers, UI/UX, QA etc.)
Drive a continuous improvement model for the portal including increasing usage volume, process efficiencies, improvements in UI etc, against defined performance metrics
Drive broader employee engagement strategies through consistent business unit communications and change management
Leverage the portal to build Corporate Services identity and communicate change management messaging in partnership with the Transformation Change Management team
Ensure efficient overall program governance, including leading operating committee and steering committee meetings, managing budget and communicate ongoing status to key executives stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years in product management including driving adoption of new systems and/or processes that impact the employee/customer experience
5+ years in working with Agile methodology
Experience with ServiceNow including product feature set
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Team player who can work with a variety of personalities; leverage others' expertise and share information & expertise to optimize results and meet objectives
