Position Overview:
  • A User Experience Specialist to join us on the mission to craft great digital experiences for users.
  • In this role, will support experienced designers, working with product managers, business architects and IT leaders to understand business goals.
  • Partner with researchers to generate insights.
  • Will translate business and user needs that will inform highly engaging experiences that will transform customer expectations.
  • Ensure exceptional craftsmanship in human-centered design artifacts including personas, user flows, IA maps, pattern comps, prototypes and more.

  • Provide validated, deep, and actionable insights to drive sustainable business decisions.
  • Identify, plan and lead design discovery activities.
  • Support design leads and specialists by understanding key business objectives, identify design requirements and collaborate on the design strategy accordingly.
  • Collaborate on the identification of key metrics and desired outcomes of new experiences.
  • Work with user researchers to observe, note take and analyze field studies.
  • Conduct heuristic evaluations on existing experiences.
  • Work closely with developers on our team to create accessible, standards-compliant, reusable interface patterns that are production ready.
  • Design well-crafted user interfaces and experiences.
  • Desired:
    • Experience defining questions for, and designing user research studies, conducting research activities, evaluating results and synthesizing clear, actionable insights.
    • Ability to synthesize data and convey their meaning
    • Familiarity with product and project management Presentation and communication skills
    • Business process mapping
    • Analytics and Data
    • Mastery of common information architecture and interaction design methods and artifacts such as site maps, taxonomies, flow diagrams, mental models, content inventories, wireframes, etc.
    • Ability to use popular software tools for UI design and prototyping, such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, Axure, etc.
