Position Overview:
  • The Transparency Analyst will be responsible for supporting Transparency operations and integration to enable compliance with all US transparency laws.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Working with the integration lead and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on understanding the activities in scope for collection under the US transparency laws
  • Timely loading of data into Spend Tracker until systems integrated
  • Manages the spend matrix of the current state of collection and tracks progress against the action plan for completion of collection
  • Provides regular updates to the integration lead
  • Supports the integration lead and SMEs to collect the information from various sources
  • Reviews supporting documentation to enrich and augment data Formats/supplements the data to enable the upload to the US Porzio PASID reporting tool
  • Assisting with the error management, data enrichment, data corrections, monitoring and data quality checking in Spend Tracker or in the US Porzio PASID reporting tool as needed
  • Assisting with the aggregation of data within US Porzio PASID reporting tool as needed
  • Assisting with data entry or upload into Spend Tracker or the US Porzio PASID reporting tool as a result of cross border HCP spend internationally and US third parties spend as needed
  • Helping as needed with all other maintenance required within
  • Spend Tracker and/or the US Porzio PASID reporting tool
  • Working with the integration lead and SMEs to support data validation efforts to ensure completeness and accuracy of the data, including review of supporting documentation, researching potential duplicate transactions, year on year comparisons, and other checks per the Data Validation SOP, utilizing US Datamart and US Porzio PASID ad-hoc reporting tools
 
Qualifications:
  • Should have intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Access preferred, but not required.
