Position Overview:
  • Reporting to the Training Supervisor, this position is responsible for supporting the Training Team with administrative tasks associated with training and to support Patient Safety/ Risk Management
  • Training Logistics:
    • Secure venues and equipment for instructor-led training sessions.
    • Prepare, order, and/or print training materials.
    • Coordinate training sessions (classroom and virtual sessions) with managers/supervisors and send meeting invitations to training participants.
    • Support Training Team with miscellaneous ad hoc requests.
  • Training Documentation:
    • Manage user groups in learning management system(s).
    • File training records in the identified secure location and/or document training completion in the learning management system(s).
    • Follow-up with learners and/or their managers on incomplete training assignments and ensure they are completed.
    • Fulfill other duties as assigned.
  • Content Development and Management:
    • Prepare training data for hands-on training activities.
    • Gather feedback from Training Team and learners and incorporate changes across all impacted training materials.
    • Monitor incoming feedback, training requests and ensure a response is provided per established service level agreement and request is completed per agreed upon time frame.
    • Review and/or test training modules prior to deployment and assist with the deployment of training items in the learning management system.
    • Execute additional tasks as needed.
  • Training Metrics:
    • Prepare training evaluations to be deployed following completion of training.
    • Gather customer satisfaction and training metrics and present in monthly report or as requested by management.
    • Analyze results of knowledge, skill, and/or performance assessments and prepare graphs/charts to report findings.
    • Compile and present other metrics as requested.
  • Global Risk Management Learning and Development Support:
    • Under the supervision of Quality Processes, Learning and Development manage the RMP training tracking tool, and collaborate with relevant Stakeholders on coordination of training activity.
    • Manage learning content on the SharePoint site.
    • Assist with content development for global templates.
    • Support Instructional Designers with tasks related to GRM content development.
    • Coordinate SuccessFactors course deployment with the PV PELS organization.
    • Compile and present metrics on global initiatives and follow up as requested.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong written, oral, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Ability to prioritize workload to achieve deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Dependability, flexibility and positive attitude required
  • Bachelor's degree required
