Position Overview:
  • Will support company technology training and integration and system transition activities for the Technology Training team.
  • The role will be technical in nature and is expected to work across several company systems and platforms, coordinate project activities across multi-functional teams, coordinate project activities and assist with development of needed training materials.
  • Includes the following:
    • Creating and Managing Task Lists
    • Setting up and Managing Meeting Requests
    • Drafting and Sending Email Communications
    • Creating presentation decks in PowerPoint
    • Data Tracking
    • Setup and manage virtual meetings through MS Teams
    • Attend and Participant in virtual meetings in MS Teams
    • Use Chat capabilities in MS Teams
    • SharePoint Site file management
    • Works with cross-functional teams to ensure the continuous improvement of training operational projects meet the required standards of the internal stakeholders and identify needed projects.
    • Managing Project Milestone - Organize, manage and implement project plans, processes, and systems to ensure timely project completion
    • Communicating effectively within a cross-functional project workstream
    • Managing Change Management/Communication Plans
    • Track Budgets/Spend
    • Development of Training Materials
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with the following applications and processes:
    • Microsoft Suite Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power Apps
    • MS Teams
    • SharePoint
    • Project Management/Coordination
  • 3 years of experience specifically in Veeva and CRM

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Veeva Client Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Managing Channels within MS Teams for project specific activities
  • Training Design Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
