Eclaro is currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to support a client in San Francisco. This is a 6 month contract and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 10-15 projects involving Network and Enterprise Applications. Skills/Experience/Responsibilities include:

Will manage a portfolio of about 10-15 projects in the Networking and Enterprise Applications areas. Also manage a few Storage/Virtualization Projects.
The Program Management part really is Project Portfolio Management, who gives thought to how the projects are interdependent and what order they need to occur in.
In addition to managing the projects, PM needs to make priority and give out work to the team.
Details – work on diverse projects such as:
Project Management - Organize the teams work, acquire resources when needed, arrange meetings, take notes, write documentation, test things, work with stakeholder groups
Strategy - Help plan out the scope of internal projects, identify dependencies before they become issues, look at new technology. Act as a sounding board for internal IT Mgmt.
Planning - Create realistic project plans given scope/time/resources and dependencies. Create Implementation Plans and review with team, get change management/stakeholder buy in
