  • ServiceNow - asset management within ServiceNow
  • CMDB - tracking hardware assets - warranty expirations and contract renewals
  • Constant changes, updates, data missing within ServiceNow and CMDB system that needs to be updated and restored
  • Ticketing knowledge
  • Infrastructure billing
  • Servers, network, storage - knows what it is not hands on with it but at a knowledgeable level - Knowing terms (such as what a CPU is)
  • Reaching out to vendors, working with them relating to tickets
  • Update the tickets, Track the tickets
  • Keep records of tickets that they have and what's being done
  • Work with procurement on their tickets for vendors as well (ie. equipment being received)
  • Do the research to find out if orders were received
