Responsibilities:
  • Technical support and single point of contact for Vertafore ImageRight and AMS 360.
  • Provide implementation & product support to the business as well as technical users.
 
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to configure, create, and demonstrate the technical components of the product.
  • Knowledge of best practices and ability to coach/train business end-users on Agency Management system.
  • Insurance knowledge, customer service skills, SFDC integration, policy rating software, and general troubleshooting skills.
