  • Assist the DF management and recruiting team in tracking and scheduling new hire candidates as well as coordinate the schedules with recruiters

  • 3+ years of experience with Digital talent management and recruiting of technical and creative people
  • Ability to talk shop with candidates and recruiters, coordinate interviewing schedules with a focus on a superb candidate experience
  • An understanding of the digital platforms and communities to build relationships with passive talent
  • Track record of taking initiative and ownership to drive priorities
  • Hands-on and self-starter mindset to get things done
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude with a desire to learn
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task across topics and prioritize effectively
  • Desire/ability to work successfully in a start-up like set up along with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
  • A passion for people

  • Experience with working in an Agile environment
