Required Qualifications:
  • Well Rounded IT Support Engineer – Level 2-3 Support, including helpdesk support for company's IT and operations staff
  • Desktop support of Linux, MacOS and Windows desktop machines
  • Linux Ubuntu experience
  • Break/fix support, resolve open tickets, experience with ServiceNow is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: Assist in supporting network infrastructure including WAN, network switches, wireless networks, routers, and firewalls
  • Support of company audio/visual systems
  • Assist in supporting cloud-centric ecosystem that company operates
  • Maintain the availability and security of infrastructure through routine maintenance and system patching
  • Good documentation skills
  • Great communication skills, customer service oriented, takes initiative
  • Experience with Jira is a plus
  • Other items in their environment good to know:
    • AWS shop
    • Jenkins
    • Github
  • Years of experience: 5+ years
