Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Financials:
    • Financial oversight for GTST initiative funding, include network and external funding.
    • Provide financial management requirements and support to the Program Leads within Payment and Core Cash Tech Team.
    • Managing initiative financials and ensuring forecast accuracy, monthly balancing, financial transfers, network/external funding, financial challenges and walk forwards.
    • Managing risk/opportunity actions, variance reviews, spend analysis, burn rates
    • Escalation and remediation action for financial issues
    • Coordinate with LOB on portfolio financials and actions required (reviews, address risk/opportunities, prioritization, etc.)
    • Portfolio Rebalance routines
    • Research charges hitting closed projects and assist with corrective actions
    • Software Capitalization quarterly review
    • Closed and Completed projects/programs processing, new projects/programs approvals
    • Ad-hoc request (OCNI, achieving projects, c/cc availability for projects, etc.)
  • Strategic Planning
    • Facilitate strategic planning activities
    • Work with LOB and Tech partners on yearly planning requirements (Reporting, MTM submission and materials, reviews and analysis)
    • Build Portfolio structure for the foundation for the new year
  • Work Intake
    • Gather Nexus dispatched projects weekly and pre-screen projects for impacts
    • Send out list of projects for the week to be reviewed and invite identified project owners to present during the weekly call
    • Facilitate weekly impacts call and follow up with assignees for Gather Estimates items
    • Ensure estimates and records match; send out confirmation email to requester; update intake record once approval is received
    • Validate intake requests records are forecasted
    • Pending intake requests utilized for financial planning based on probability or approval
  • Reporting
    • Provide weekly High Confidence report to Tech Exec / BSM (BSM responsibility)
    • Prepare and communicate project and program forecasts and actuals (internal to team)
  • Resource and Expense Planning and Forecasting
    • Manage, execute and/or oversee all monthly forecasting and headcount routines and tools for TE teams
    • Validate and/or align resources and expenses to approved Work Intake items; reconcile variances
    • Manage and/or oversee all vendor and 3rd party contract requests, validate financing and forecasting
 
Required Experience:
  • Strong mix of technology and business education and experience
  • Must have people management and people development experience
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging relationships with organizational leaders and executives to drive customer service root cause analysis and action planning processes
  • Experience establishing employee and leader development activities or material to improve the client experience
 
Preferred Experience:
  • 10+ years in Technology / Financial industry (treasury/payments technology experience)
  • Experiencing building and/or managing a program office framework
 
Required Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior managers
  • Ability and desire to think creatively to deliver business results both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, visual presentations and effective listening skills
  • Ability to analyze client feedback and translate into business strategies and tactics
  • Ability to integrate with lines of business and channel process leaders to implement process improvement activities
  • Familiar with industry bench marking and/or client service recognition programs (e.g. JD Powers)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Financial Services, banking, Channels and Payments Systems knowledge
  • Working familiarity with PPRT, PCM Web, Changescape and Client Enterprise Change standards, Agile and Safe Methodology
