Position Overview:
  • Brings a contagious energy and enthusiasm to the position of Senior Corporate Training Specialist
  • Assess training needs
  • Design engaging learning experiences
  • Deliver high-quality training programs that generate great results
  • Develop training needs and gap analysis to determine requirements and opportunities for employee development
  • Deliver a wide range of soft skills training workshops on topics including, but not limited to, management/leadership development, communications, interpersonal, time management, business and problem solving skills
  • In partnership with Client leaders and L&D, create and maintain coaching, mentoring and structured peer support programs
  • Create course content, participant guides, handouts, job aids, evaluation/measurement tools, and test criteria for training programs, ensuring that all materials are consistent with adult learning principles
  • Conduct follow-up assessment of completed training to evaluate and measure results. Modify programs based on findings, as needed
  • Assist in fostering a learning culture within the team and across the organization
  • Identify opportunities to improve and expand professional development curriculum
Required Experience:
  • Knowledge of general business fundamentals, finance, and management principles
  • Bachelor's degree, applicable training certification, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 6+ years of directly related experience in a corporate trainer or education role
  • Experience with LMS platforms and webinar tools
Required Skills:
  • Exceptional facilitation skills with both face-to-face and virtual delivery modalities
  • Strong understanding and experience applying principles of adult learning theory, needs assessment, instructional design, delivery, and Kirkpatrick's four levels of evaluation
  • Ability to use data and metrics to demonstrate the impact of L&D interventions
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and consult with senior leaders, business partners, internal customers, and colleagues to drive business results
  • Solid project management skills and experience coordinating multiple events
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint
