Qualifications:
  • Experience and expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning
  • Experience with setting up FSL data model (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Territories, etc.)
  • Ability to configure Service Rules and Objectives in support of Field Service business processes
  • Salesforce Service Cloud foundational knowledge
  • Minimum 12+ years of IT experience and minimum 6+ years of experience in Salesforce
  • Strong communication
