Position Overview:
  • Explanation of Position:
    • The Senior Project Coordination Analyst will be responsible for Govern activities including project intake and status reporting.
    • Resource needed to be able to handle increase in Healthcare Client Implementations.    
  • Details of Position:
    • The Senior Project Coordination Analyst plans, organizes, coordinates, and tracks activities to develop, deploy, and upgrade software and hardware.
    • The selected candidate will be responsible to identify project issues within established processes and procedures and make recommendations for problem prevention.
    • He / She plans, schedules, and monitors work activities to meet budget, schedule, and quality targets and to comply with established standards.
    • He / she will coordinate deployments and implementations with I.S. departments and user groups and facilitates activities to ensure HC Compliance projects and programs meet established deadlines    
  • Primary Skills:
    • Knowledge of Change Management, Agile Development, Sprint Planning - Intermediate
  • Management Skills:
    • Team Leadership, Organization, Effective Communication, Project Management, Attention to Detail - Intermediate
