Responsibilities:
  • Maintains and builds relationships with existing Platinum and top priority hedge fund and market maker clients
  • Serves as an escalation point for clients to resolve broad and complex operational issues
  • Maintains ultimate responsibility for meeting the day to day needs of clients
  • Ensures the preparation and execution of key client management plans
  • Has responsibility to define excellent operational client service and deliver while managing operational risk and continued efficienc
  • Decisions have significant impact affecting multiple operations functions, product lines, and client relationships
  • Leads by example. Strong leadership skills
  • Manages multiple teams of client service representatives across multiple lines of business
  • Has direct responsibility for coaching and continual development of the teams
  • Ongoing involvement in senior strategy initiatives to improve overall product and effect change management across the organization. Drive execution of the strategic client services vision
  • Partnership with the business to drive client strategy and support growth
  • Ensures the correct Client Service levels are provided per client tier
  • Oversight for daily risk management and that client service SLA's are being met.
  • Works with the business providing metric reporting, trend analysis and overall operational color needed to cultivate client relationships.
  • Participating in meaningful face to face client meetings providing operational metrics to drive change

Required Skills:
  • Experience in client facing roles
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with external clients and advise thru programs of change
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work across the organization to drive consensus across stakeholders and execute change
  • Strong relationship management skills and capability to have considerable influence over decisions made by senior leaders on strategic direction
  • Subject matter expertise in Prime Brokerage businesses, clearing, and settlement operational flows
  • Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently
  • Strong risk management skills and ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions
  • Will need to qualify for Series 99 or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years in industry
