Position Overview: Anticipate and understand the immediate needs of our recruiter segments and provide timely/targeted resources to support their efforts in the agent acquisition process.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle general inquiries from Field Managers regarding recruiting resources and best practices
  • Oversee the compliance approval, maintenance and inventory management of all physical and digital recruiting collateral
  • Maintain and update internal microsites
  • Manage Third Party Vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, execution and field promotion
  • Monitor the NYL recruiter and agent career brand on job board and review sites like Glassdoor
  • Oversee the distribution of agent candidate referrals and monitoring of incentive payout qualifiers through the Agent Candidate Referral Program

Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to establish priorities, communicate decisions, work on multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adjust to changing workload and priorities
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and demonstrated ability to work with limited direction and some autonomy
  • Problem Solving: Uses analytical thought, education and equivalent experience to exercise judgement and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Decision Making/ Nature of Impact: Works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively and concisely to team members and field management
  • Exchange concise and straightforward information, ask questions and confirm understanding
  • Summarizes and explains information to others
