Help drive change! Eclaro is looking for a Regulatory Project Support for our client in Jacksonville, FL

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to project milestones with primary focus on data gathering and analytics as well as reporting
  • Engage with internal control and support functions in Finance, Ops and IT for ongoing data quality review
  • Collaborate with local WM business stakeholders required with immediate need to support gap analysis around current vendor inventory, risk assessments and definition of scope for vendor categories
  • Cross reference review requirements with client tools and system around VRM/Procurement (SAP Ariba, P2P) and financials (Ledger)
  • Engage with outside Counsel (Client) to function as liaison for project updates, reporting and other deliverables
  • Assist with other regulatory or remediation project deliverables as needed
 
Required Experience:
  • 1-3 years of regulatory support and project experience, previous exposure to due diligence and governance process projects
  • Undergraduate degree
 
Required Skills:
  • Operational excellence and accuracy due to regulatory exposure
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, while adhering to internal policies and procedures
  • Excellent Microsoft skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to function effectively in a team environment but also remotely with functional desks and senior management based out of New York
  • Ability to handle sensitive materials and information with discretion
  • Professional and articulate, deliver message in a succinct fashion and proof read before delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; well-developed oral and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize work, demonstrating flexibility when handling multiple tasks and timely decision making
