Position Overview:
  • The primary purpose of this assignment is to aid in the development and delivery of new product launches for the Client business to meet 2021-2022 regulatory and internal deadlines.
  • The emphasis is on EPA-regulated antimicrobial pesticides and disinfectants but this position will also support cleaning products and other projects.
  • This individual will help with activity tracking, document coordination, invoice payment and recordkeeping. Also, this person will identify opportunities to align and streamline Client regulatory activities that support the Client business and capture recommended improvements to departmental and cross-functional procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Update submission timelines
  • Coordinate documentation among internal and external partners
  • Track state renewals
  • Check formulas against EPA databases to determine status of inert ingredients
  • Serve as a liaison between North America Regulatory and Regulatory Operations, Marketing, R&D and/or Marketing to facilitate information-gathering to enable timely reporting such as updates to market labels and/or quarterly sales numbers
  • Capture decisions on labeling of new product types and work with Regulatory Coordinator, Marketing and/or Product Safety to formalize into final copy sheets
  • Submit and track invoices for payment
  • Review current U.S. and Canadian Regulatory departmental processes and best practices/work instructions in Home Care, as relevant and appropriate, to identify opportunities to align, refine, reassign or streamline; this may include review of raw materials, recipes, ingredient lists and label copy
  • Draft or help revise cross-functional SOPs to capture roles and responsibilities and key process steps such as label copy development and/or regulatory reporting or recordkeeping
