Join the Eclaro Team! Eclaro is looking for a Regional Marketing and Product Manager for our client in Florham Park, NJ. This is a contract position located at our client's site.
Eclaro's client is a leading component manufacturer with a portfolio of oil and gas, chemicals, plastics, performance products, agricultural products and fine chemicals.   • Support Automotive Fluids, Engine coolants, Formulations, Fuel and Lubricant Solutions
  • Driving strategic decisions for our premium engine coolants for the automotive market, you will work to grow profitably our product portfolio and develop business cases for asset in CIN
  • Successfully engaging across the organization, you will coordinate regional marketing plan and implementation for the assigned product portfolio in alignment with the Global Strategy Manager, Account Managers and supporting functions. Including customer segmentation and positioning for Factory Fill and Aftermarket
  • Leveraging your business savvy, you will define regional pricing guidelines in conjunction with Marketing and Sales to maximize value-based pricing and profitability
  • Ability to review and analyze all industry segments will be essential as you define the regional product portfolio, oversee lifecycle management of the commercial portfolio, and participate in new product launches
  • Will define communication strategy
  • Working together with other business colleagues and service groups such as Procurement, Engineering, R&D, and EHS, you will work to develop Brick Road project, including conceptual and detail scopes, safety reviews, value engineering processes, design packages, cost estimates, schedules, execution plans, and technical packages
  • Will have to work close to OEMs and will have to establish partnership with aftermarket company to further develop the business
