Position Overview:
  • The HR team partners with the business leaders to attract, retain, and develop client’s most important asset, the Team Members.
  • Will be recruitment's representative to our technology clients and will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment including: handling the posting of positions, screening applicants, generating passive candidates, presenting candidates, managing the interview process, negotiate all offers and liaising with Human Resources (HR) for a successful and positive hiring experience for managers and candidates.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Actively source for candidates to present to clients in the technology groups by measured metrics.
  • Utilize deep knowledge of online sourcing and networking to identify new communities to populate the talent pipelines specific markets: various states and regional offices.
  • Collaborate and strategize with key partners on projected needs and hiring objectives.
  • Work in partnership with Diversity to ensure that client is attracting and considering a diverse slate of candidates for all open requisitions.
  • Collaborate with Managers and HR Partners on market data and compensation trends in a changing market.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Research team to drive the efficient delivery of passive candidates.
  • Be the subject matter authority in hiring for the technology team.
  • Establish relationships in the community, at universities, and within the industry to access and influence the needs of client.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and Recruitment Operations to drive social media recruitment.
 
Qualifications:
  • Five (5+) years of handling a full life cycle recruiting desk to include handling candidates, managers, scheduling, interviewing and the offer to hire process
  • Three (3+) years of applicant tracking systems experience
  • Three (3+) years spent recruiting for corporate functions with a specific focus in technology
  • Experience working with EEOC, ADA and employment laws
  • Bring a consultative, creative and process driven approach to the role
  • Proven analytical skills with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Encouraging teammates, who possess a good work ethic and high degree of integrity and diplomacy
  • Proven self-starter, who take initiative in implementing goals, utilize analytical skills and possess adaptability to change
  • Outstanding social skills
  • Integrity, flexibility, and dedication
 
 
Experience:
  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • One (1) year spent working with a sourcing team
  • One (1) year running outreach via paid media or social channels
  • One (1) year working in an OFCCP compliant recruiting environment
