Position Overview:
  • This position is looking for a responsible person to reconcile GMP documentation. To archive original GMP documentation, including attachments, forms, validation reports. The personnel will be responsible to assist in the creation of index for archiving data.
  • Placing folders that need to be archived into boxes
  • Assist with and/or create registration index for archiving data
  • Perform verification/quality check of data from registration index
  • Perform entry and verification of data to ensure accuracy of data
  • Archive original GMP documentation including attachments associated with change records, and validation related documents.
  • Prepare archived boxes to be send to Long-term repository
  • Track entry and verification of records in the records management system to ensure completeness
  • Responsible for keeping training current
  • Reconcile GMP documentation associated with change records in the Quality Tracking System.
  • Collaborate  with Quality records management and Functional area owners to determine and assign appropriate retention code to documents
  • Collaborate with Shipping and receiving to have boxes send to the Long-term repository
  • May be cross-trained in other area’s of the group
  • A high school diploma and 4+ years of experience with data entry required
  • The ability to execute against SOP’s and document entries in a cGMP compliant manner
  • Solid knowledge of computers and computer systems including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
  • Ability to learn new Enterprise system
  • Excellent organizational and attention to details are a must
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A self- motivated individual that enjoys working in a faced past and dynamic environment
  • Solid knowledge of computers and computer systems including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
