Material Planner

Responsibilities:
  • Clean-up the SAP system
  • Run SAP reports to identify materials (excipients and components) for further evaluation
  • Review material master data and update MRP fields as appropriate (lead times, test times, safety stock, reorder points, etc)
  • Inactivate materials no longer being used
  • Identify overdue process/production and purchase orders and close as appropriate
  • Identify materials in WIP locations for long periods of time and resolve
  • GMP/SOP documents that will need to be scanned into DocMan virtual file draw and then sent to Iron Mountain for storage
  • Miscellaneous stability related documentation/reports that need to be sent to Iron Mountain for storage
  • Reassay batch folders that need to be cleared through and support documents sent to Iron Mountain.
  • Access to QA COA webpage hopefully will be granted
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-4 years of experience in material handling
  • Working knowledge of SAP
