  • Uses ability as a skilled cialist to contribute to the development of new concepts/techniques and to complete assignments/tasks in innovative and effective ways
  • Expert knowledge on the general/technical acts of the job
  • Works on assignments that are highly complex in nature where a strong degree of independent judgment, initiative and technical knowledge are required to resolve problems
  • Work is completed independently and has ability to handle most unique situations
  • Frequently determines methods and procedures for new assignments
  • May supervise the activities of other non-exempt employees
  • Provides high-level administrative support for quality assessment and management activities for multiple business areas or groups
  • Supervises and performs administrative oversight of all quality management documentation systems and activities for the organization to ensure completeness and accuracy of data and adherence to compliance standards
  • Evaluates quality documentation, methods, and reports; works with stakeholders and leadership to identify areas for process improvement, implement changes, and communicate and drive quality awareness and promote quality culture in the organization. Plans, and administers scheduling of all quality-related events and sessions, including training, audits, site visits, and quality awareness events
  • Provides guidance to and may directly supervise the work of less-experienced staff members
  • Leading the implementation and oversight of quality control processes across test lab workflows
  • Leads effort to improve resource capabilities across labs by analyzing and utilizing data to drive effective training and employee capability enhancements to meet current and future business needs
  • Establishing and producing quality plans
  • Control of all quality department related records
  • Control and coordinate inspection and test activities in test areas
  • Control and review of test area documentation according to the company requirements
  • Liaising directly with engineering, management and document control to implement QMS
  • Controlling inspection release and materials rejection
  • Control and coordinate training plans and ensure all supporting records are up-to-date
  • Coordinate quality assurance and quality control activities in the test areas
  • Implement Company Quality Manual, project specific Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plans
  • Assist with conducting quality audits, identifying, documenting, and providing solutions for Non-Conformances, Corrective & Preventive Actions
  • Monitor material receiving and document control activities
  • Provide new projects with quality realization plans
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the business development manager
Required Qualifications:
  • High school or equivalent secondary education certification required; Bachelors degree preferred
  • Typically 6PLUS years experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
  • ISO9001 or Quality Management System Experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Methodical and accurate documentation
  • Effective analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong aptitude to learn
