QA Associate

Position Overview:
  • Support the documentation, training, records management, and audit support programs for Global Product Development and Supply (GPS) groups and personnel located at the Client Hopewell site located in Pennington, NJ to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Prepare Master Batch Records for issuance to manufacturing
  • Create quizzes utilizing Assessment software
  • File already labeled material using a straightforward alphabetical, numerical, or chronological system
  • Utilize the Records Management System (RMS) to manage & maintain hardcopy GMP documents submitted for retention and archival
  • Perform tasks associated with Document Change Requests (DCRs) in the Document Management System (DMS), as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks within the Learning Management System (LMS), as needed
  • Maintain efficient tracking systems for master batch records, in-process SOPs/WIs, and change controls
Required Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a regulated environment
  • Experience using with MS Word, Excel, and Access
Required Skills:
  • Basic PC skills and be comfortable utilizing software applications
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively with small and large teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and with competing demands
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to learn new skills in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and complete multiple projects
