Property Lead and Consultant
Eclaro is looking for an Property Lead and Consultant for an opportunity for our client in RESTON, VA.
Responsibilities:
  • The contractor shall designate one of their proposed SAP consultants in the Property area (Assets Management, Plant Maintenance, Flexible Real Estate and HR Mini-Master) to serve as the lead over task order resources within the Business Process-Property team. This is not viewed as a full time management position; thus, the requirement is for the lead to also perform SAP consultant duties as well.
Required Skills/Level of Experience:
  • Experience configuring and performing functional setup of the Asset module within the Federal Government.
  • Experience integrating asset module to core finance, controlling, acquisition, plant maintenance, flexible real estate and HR Mini master Personnel Administration (PA) and Organization Module (OM) modules, including but not limited to, accounts payable, general ledger, etc.
  • Ability to develop requirements and specifications for enhancements to interfaces to external systems such as MAXIMO.
  • Experience with Assets Under Construction (AUC) process, asset balances with GL balances and resolving discrepancies.
  • Experience providing help desk support to asset, acquisition, accounts payable and general ledger users. Understanding of the Code of Federal Regulations and procedures preferred. Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Eight years minimum of relevant experience required with SAP asset, equipment and acquisition processes and programs in a Federal Government implementation.
  • Experience with SAP's Public Sector Management (U.S. Federal Government) required.
