Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight to ensure all Consultant Engagement and Speaker Operations from a Project Management and System Management perspective are executed to business standards
  • Monitor process workflow (Compliance of all Event Expenses, Closeout, Payments, Transparency) for all Stakeholders and Suppliers
  • Address all stakeholder Project Management tasks, event issues, escalations, testing, training, and program closeout. Budget Management and Invoicing of multiple Vendors
  • Ability to Manage budget and invoicing for matrix team
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate complex concepts and information with confidence including system, process, policy and industry related requirements
  • Partner with logistics vendor and other Client teams on day-to-day operations in regards to change management, training needs/communications for ongoing system enhancements/fixes/strategic capabilities as well as associated processes
  • Keen ability to solve problems without supervision including root cause analysis, engaging the matrix team in solution options and driving optimum problem resolution
  • Demonstrated aptitude for understanding and translating system and process requirements to all stakeholders, compliance, legal and suppliers including ability to participate in workflow design
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organization skills with ability to manage multiple activities, projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of Consultant Engagement and Speaker Program landscape
  • Customer Focus:
    • Collaborates with stakeholders, Compliance, Legal, Suppliers, IT, Customer Master in support of operational and process support of HealthSTAR, Transparency reporting needs, Compliance training, communications
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning:
    • Proactive management and monitoring of Speaker and Consultant data to ensure compliance
    • Assists in user enhancements testing for the US Consultant Engagement system
    • Leads the resolution of escalations with Customer Master, IT, and appropriate SMEs for Speaker Programs and Consulting Engagements
    • Management of Transparency disputes and reconciliation
  • Execution Excellence:
    • Manage daily operations and business process escalations
    • Provides daily operational support to US Commercial, US Medical Speaker Programs, US Commercial Consulting Engagements and US Medical Consulting Engagements
    • Proven success in meeting deadlines of project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones to ensure timely payments
    • Coordinate across key stakeholders to ensure all Consulting Engagements and Speaker Program process and system requirements are being implemented in alignment with business needs
    • Manage and update system access
    • Assists in developing key metrics for Consulting Engagements and Speaker Programs to track and analyze trends
    • Identify, prioritize system enhancements and assist with remediation and rollout
Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Ability to anticipate, evaluate and resolve multiple, simultaneous project issues, delays and problems by utilizing technical, project management, and business expertise
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimum direct supervision
  • Strong Customer relationship management skills
  • Strong Critical thinking skills
  • Strong collaborator, willing and able to accept all opinions and ideas, then distill those perspectives into viable solutions to address process, Compliance and/or service escalations
  • Unwavering ability to maintain confidentiality and confidential information
  • Demonstrated capability serving in team leader/key contributor roles with ability to work effectively in Client matrix culture; demonstrated ability to work independently with strong sense of personal initiative and urgency
  • • Acute business acumen and understanding of Promotional Education Programs landscape for Speaker, Non-Speaker, Exhibit and Display programs
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of Consulting Engagements landscape
  • Proficient with all Microsoft applications and tools
  • Veeva experience is preferred
