Position Overview:
  • Supports Field Medical Communications Lead - additional support required to Field Medical and Communication Specialists working across therapeutic area, globally and with impact across the function of Field Medical to support the safe and appropriate use of Client medicines.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Ability to handle project work streams and initiatives aligned with the Field Medical Plan to deliver impactful HCP interactions
  • Develop stakeholder communications utilizing various systems to generate reports on Field Medical activities (both qualitative and quantitative) and execution of strategies.
  • Coordination of presenters and slides for FLM Manager quarterly meetings, Quartely FM Franchise calls and any Country calls (delivered through Microsoft Teams) led by the FMCL
  • Liaison with Agency to produce onboarding TA guides for new areas following a template already set
  • Support FMCL to document processes within FMCS role to ensure consistency and alignment across FMCS teams (FIRe Insight review process, Onboarding, study supports, Congresses.)
  • Provides project management activities for Field Medical materials, training, meetings, systems (Interact) and communication topics
  • Support Level Key Insights Executive summaries development as required
  • Support Annual Plan tracking for FME &F Franchise team.
  • Support Team with virtual training series - liaison with speakers and Agency to pre-record sessions if any.
  • Support Team with External TL contracts
  • Support FMCL in Scorecards development, Quarterly team highlights and achievements and Newsletters.
  • Coordinate the MCTs, CTs update with the FMCS and our Business Operations teams for Interact Implementations
  • Manage field medical materials repository, such as content organization, uploading and maintenance of materials through Veeva Vault/FM SharePoint site.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of basic science degree
  • Strong background in project management
  • Understanding and experience of Medical Affairs teams, either in-house or through medical communications
  • Disease area knowledge and an understanding of scientific communications
  • Understanding of the Field Medical function
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at using standard business applications including SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, WebEx etc. and ability to interface with new systems and technologies.
