Project Manager, US Field Medical Capabilities

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for operational support to ensure successful execution of global FM trainings and communications.
  • Key Role Accountabilities:
    • Reports to the Senior Manager within the team
    • Provides PM support for and global FM teams including organizing content, developing timelines/tracking for trainings/meetings, internal communications, agency partners, and system updates; supports US FM initiatives (eg, Innovation Contest, Awards programs, Promotion readiness)
    • Maintains master schedule of initiatives and collaborates across the Medical Matrix to ensure that attendance is high and that conference rooms are booked for live engagements
    • Assists the  team with training/meeting platforms to ensure smooth execution using virtual and assists with recordings, as needed; assists with tracking updates to FM position profiles
    • Liaises with FM Operations teams and IT to coordinate monthly operational enhancement requests (Veeva CRM, Tableau, Customer Master and Alignment).
    • Develops and distributes internal stakeholder communications regarding upcoming events in addition to weekly US Field Medical newsletter.
    • Generates reports that include metrics of FM activities and accomplishments (qualitative & quantitative)
    • Assists with uploading content into various repositories such as Veeva Vault MedComms Platform and MedExchange for FM accessibility
    • Manages the organization and updates of content on team SharePoint site


Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or associated service providers
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization with several cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated strength in project management and ability to manage numerous complex project timelines involving multiple internal stakeholders
  • Experience with operational processes and accountable for process improvement
  • Collaborates effectively and applies innovative approaches/technologies to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Demonstrated ability to learn independently and to apply knowledge across all services/deliverables
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, MS Teams, and demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new processes and systems
  • Experience with Veeva systems preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
