  • Develops the program strategy, supporting business case and various enterprise-wide high-level project plan
  • Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business
  • Communicates with IT leadership, business leadership and IT Business Consultants to communicate program strategy, direction and changes
  • Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the IT project portfolio on time, within budget and meeting the strategic and business requirements
  • Responsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Managers
  • Partners with senior leadership of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise
  • Works under general direction of senior level management
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the design, development and implementation of the program
  • Directs and mentors a team of project managers, portfolio managers and/or other project management staff
  • Oversees implementation of program and project plans, monitors progress, resource usage and quality, and makes needed adjustments
  • Sets/evolves the vision of how project management should be done
  • Execute compliance related activities (e.g., self-assessments, remediation tracking, remediation recommendations, and policy/standards interpretation) within the areas of data privacy, and other regulatory compliance initiatives, e.g.,EU GDPR
  • On-going support of data privacy and policy compliance initiatives, by following existing processes
  • Participate and lead projects or programs related to GRC activities, ranging from local AHM GRC to regional projects
  • Effectively communicate withinternal and external resources, departments, and genpos
  • Effectively manage daily operational tasks and rotate PDCA for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate Data Privacy program internal/external processes and communication to all North America genpos (includes training, annual program execution and reporting)
  • Coordinate EU GDPR internal/external processes and communication to required North America genpos (includes training, annual program execution and reporting)
  • Train and mentor others on IS Compliance programsKnowledge, skills, abilities, traits, certifications, years of experience, to successfully perform job function
  • 10 to 15 years of IT work experience
  • 10 plus years managing complex IT projects
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience
  • Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
  • Advanced ability in successfully managing complex, enterprise-wide IT programs
  • Advanced understanding and ability to successfully manage complex program and project budgets
  • Advanced ability in mitigating risk and implementing contingency plans
  • Advanced knowledge of multiple project management strategies, disciplines, and theories
  • Advanced ability to implement project management strategies, disciplines, and theories into a shared vision
  • Previous working experience with GRC and in Information Technology with defining, analyzing, and documenting process, procedures related to disciplines within IT
  • Understanding of regulated environment for SOX and data privacy or related IT audit background and Inform
