Required Experience:
  • Experience of rescheduling jobs etc.
 
Required Skills:
  • Ability to understand integrations and failure points
  • Need to assess impact and determine root cause before assigning to the faulty team
  • Good communication skills (especially written) as they'll be responsible for documenting knowledge articles to solve future reoccurrence
  • Diligent, accountable, and committed in following up and resolving incidents
  • Salesforce
