Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, organize, write and edit Job Aids and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Review and edit existing Job Aids and SOPs
  • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to determine documentation requirements

Required Skills:
  • Experience in technical process documentation
  • Strong documentation and verbal communication skills
  • Organized with Strong attention to detail
  • Self-auditing and have high quality standards
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with a wide variety of individuals.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team.
  • Establishes strong working relationships with key internal and external business partners.
  • Self-starter, placing a high value on accountability, customer service, teamwork and delivering results.
  • Works well in teams and is able to work with a wide variety of people.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in a related field. (Required)
  • Experience/ Familiarity with the SAP Master Data Management in Pharma Industry a plus.
  • Experience/ involvement with ERP system implementations a plus.
