Position Overview:
  • A team lead Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (LSA) resource with proven experience in designing, developing and supporting high volume transactional n-tier enterprise components/applications
  • Will be working as part of a global development team
  • Will also lead a team of developers working in Agile
Required Skills:
  • PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives 5 years
  • PEGA PRPC Use Case Development 5 year
  • Converting business into process flow 5 years
  • Must have experience in PRPC version 7.1.x
  • Strong in PEGA concepts and implementation experience with PEGA connectors, performance tuning, decision trees, listeners , UI design, Integration, Security Model etc
  • Experience in with full lifecycle PEGA implementations (preferably PEGA 7)
  • Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle including analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
  • Ability to create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise for providing top-notch customer experience
  • Perform regular code and design reviews
  • Experience in using performance measurement tools like PAL, SMA, Alerts and PLA
Preferred Skills:
  • Candidates should be Pega Certified professionals (CSSA preferable but will consider others) ) with at least 3-5 years of hands on experience with live implementation in PEGA
  • JAVA
  • Pega Robotics
  • May provide technical direction and system architecture for Individual initiatives
  • Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient Technical resource
  • May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application
  • Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities
  • Works under minimal supervision, with minimal guidance
