RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide leadership and deep technical expertise in all aspects of solution design and application development for specific business environments.
  • Focus on setting technical direction on groups of applications and similar technologies as well as taking responsibility for technically robust solutions encompassing all business, architecture, and technology constraints.
  • May be responsible for coordinating teams to accomplish development in a matrixed organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Typically requires 5-7 years of experience in Pega PRPC 6, 7 Versions
  • Experience in Mulesoft platform and implementation experience needed
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of hands on software development experience
  • Experience building web applications and workflow projects using Pega platform. Well versed with client side and server side technologies
  • Experience in programming languages like, Java, c#, .net, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular JS, SQL Server 2015 and Oracle.
  • Implementation experience in Design patterns
  • Experience in conducting code reviews and suggest best practices.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills for tech and business conversations.
  • Should be able to work with multiple teams and coordinate.
  • Should be able to collaborate with architecture team and Pega center of excellence team
  • Experience in coordinating with offshore resources is preferred.
  • Able to help team mates and guide when needed.
  • Able to estimate work volume with the given requirements.
  • Able to prepare presentation and present before senior leadership.
  • Should be able to meet the project milestones
  • Should be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Should be able to travel when needed
  • Should be able to commute to Work location daily.
PREFERRED:
  • Rules engine experience is a preferred
  • Able to visualize technology landscape for providing solutions.
  • Experience in tools usage like Visio, UML , Excel is preferred
  • Good work prioritization and organizing skills.
  • Good analytical skills to break down requirements, solve complex problems
  • May be responsible for coordinating teams to accomplish development in a Required
Technical Skills:
  • Web Technologies: HTML, XML, JavaScript, XHTML, CSS
  • Experience building web applications and workflow projects using Pega platform. Well versed with client side and server side technologies
  • Experience in:
    • Tools : PEGA, PRPC 6.x, PRPC 7.1
    • Operating Systems: Windows 2003/XP
    • Languages: Java, SOA, WSDL, Web services
    • Databases: Oracle, IBM DB2, MY-SQL
  • Experience in conducting code reviews and suggest best practices.
Communication Skills:
  • Good interpersonal communication skills for tech and business conversations.
  • Should be able to work with multiple teams and coordinate.
  • Should be able to collaborate with architecture team and Pega center of excellence team
Management Skills:
