Responsibilities:
  • Managing licensing reporting and pre-hire screening
  • Preparing consent and leaver letters;
  • Reviewing trading statements and confirmations, ensuring that personal trading has been in line with Client policies
  • Reviewing alerts generated, ensuring that personal trading has been in line with Client policies, including liaising with staff for clarification when required
  • Supporting with the breach management process, drafting and issuing policy violation emails
  • Participating in UAT for system changes
 
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of securities trading and the financial services industry
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Access
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork awareness
  • Must be able to handle multi-tasking of projects and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • The candidate should have strong critical, analytical and creative thinking skills
  • Makes day-to-day work decisions with moderate supervision
