Position Overview:
  • Assist the Capability Lead for FMV, Tiering and HCP Pool Governance in project management activities, analytics and operations of key systems.
  • HCP FMV, Tiering and Pool Governance:
    • Support  lead in managing key project milestones in implementation of global fair market value program and local market rate refreshes
    • Conduct analyses to support integration activities
    • Support and lead benchmarking exercises
    • Manage day to day operations and provide technical support for Client system of record for HCP tiering activities
    • Perform gap analysis related to assessment of future system enhancements or capabilities
    • Update SharePoint resources in partnership with global matrix team to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information and resources for each market
    • Liaise with FMV third party vendor(s),  lead and local market representatives where necessary for local market rate refreshes projects
  • HCP Events Operations Support:
    • Support HCP Meeting capabilities team as needed on projects related to HCP contracting and virtual meetings technology
    • Provide operational support on process improvement efforts
    • Support creative enhancement of team SharePoint page
Required Skills:
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Some knowledge of Fair Market Value process and methods required
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task, as necessary, in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, planning skills and communication skills
  • Problem solver with a focus on achievement of overall project goals
  • Proven success working well in a team environment with flexibility to react to changing business needs
  • Ability to anticipate, evaluate and resolve multiple, simultaneous project issues, delays and problems by utilizing project management and business expertise.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimum direct supervision
  • Strong Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry a plus
  • Knowledge of global organization, stakeholders and matrix teams a plus
  • SharePoint knowledge a plus
