Position Overview:

  • Front Desk Management
  • Phones
  • Mail/Fedex
  • Facilities Management Office, copiers, kitchen
  • Expense reporting for two sales people
  • Light Accounting Support Manage invoice flow to corporate office
  • Assist new hires with set up in the office
  • Project work for other departments
