L3 Application Support Lead

  • Responsible for maintenance and support of applications used in client's financial centers
  • Responsible for triaging production issues and reviewing the stability of the environment
  • Other responsibilities include understanding changes to the applications and developing monitoring requirements

Preferred Skills:
  • Production support experience
  • Basic scripting and programming experience
  • HTTP and web development experience
  • Java
  • JavaScript
  • Linux / Unix experience
  • Bash/shell scripting
  • SQL
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding customer support experience

  • Dedication to problem solving
  • Familiar with support ticket
  • Monitoring tools (Splunk, Introscope etc.)
  • Server administration
