Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Strong SQL Unix, Application support profiles

Responsibilities:
  • Excellent L2 Production Support.
  • Willing to support in 24x7 with rotational night shift. Linux, shell scripting and Oracle PL/SQL as mandatory skill set.
  • Working knowledge of ITRS Genos, Autosys, ServiceNow, uDeploy preferred.
  • Should be able investigate the Autosys job failure by reading the log.
  • Should be aware of MQ, NDM, SFTP transmission protocol.
  • Should be able to work in flexible and adaptable to business needs.
  • Well versed with Incident life cycle management, Problem life cycle management.
  • Coordinate with L3 and development team and provide and implement solutions.
