  • Assist with new laptop roll out Lenovo Gen 6 laptops from older version.
  • Follow documentation/runbook for deployment of laptops
  • Work with each individual end user to get them set up on new device must have good end user support skills
  • Transfer docs/data to new laptop from the old device
  • Follow imaging process and configuration of PCs
  • Work with ticketing systems to help out with low level ad-hoc requests
  • Box up old gear for device removal
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience
  • Windows10 experience
  • Upgrade processes
  • MS Office
  • Basic Meraki knowledge
  • Basic networking
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Quick learner, jump right in
  • Experience supporting law firms in the past a plus
