Eclaro International is currently recruiting for IT Manager-Change/Release & Deployment Management(Must possess a DoD Top Secret Clearance) for one of our clients.

Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Change Management (ChM): ChM controls changes to the environment. Changes are evaluated to minimize impact. ChM provides the authorization for the work that is carried out by Release and Deployment, and has the oversight role to ensure that all changes that can be are thoroughly tested. ChM has the responsibility to ensure that changes are deployed as scheduled and changes with multiple deployment stages are authorized by the appropriate Change Authority.

Operate:
Compile request for change (RFC) components and prepare packages for technical review board (TRB) and Change Advisory Board (CAB) vote.
Communicate requests for information (RFI) to RFC submitter.
Notify release management of approved RFC.
Prepare RFC package for post implementation review.
Create and modify SOP, process diagrams, and supporting documentation
Audit:
Compile higher command defined metrics on the ChM process.
Provide reports on those metrics.
Audit process to ensure changes are only made after they are documented and approved

Release and Deployment Management (RDM): The RDM process plans, schedules and controls the build, test, and deployment of releases to deliver new functionality while protecting the quality and integrity of existing services.
Operate:
ompile release deployment (RD) package components.
Communicate deployment schedules to Operations.
Track and report on issues with deployments.
Ensure lessons learned are documented and published for future use.
Communicate with ChM personnel to ensure RDM process is following approved RFC.
Create and modify SOP, process diagrams, and supporting documentation
Audit:
Compile higher command defined metrics on the RDM process.
Provide reports on those metrics.
Audit process to ensure deployments are following RD package procedures and schedules

Knowledge Management (KM): KM is creating, organizing, applying, and transferring knowledge to ensure the correct information is available to the correct user base.
Create and review technical and administrative memos, TTPs, SOPs, build guides, and supporting documents.
Submit documents through the ChM process.
Ensure documents are published and available to user base.
Create and modify KM process SOP, diagrams, and supporting documentation

Required Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must possess a DoD Top Secret Clearance.
Must be IAMII qualified in accordance with DoD Directive 8570.01 - (CISSP, CASP CE, CAP, CISM, GSLC).
Must be ITILIntermediate Level certified within six months of start date

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
5-7 years progressively responsible experience in in Change and Release Management.
Experience with Configuration Management Systems (CMS) including BMC Remedy
Experience with network equipment, servers, workstations and peripherals
Experience with Army Cyber Security (CS) guidance and regulations

DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
B.S. in computer science / information systems or equivalent combination of education and experience
