Position Overview:
  • This enthusiastic self-starter will have primary responsibility for working directly with customers to resolve day-to-day technology issues.
  • This includes troubleshooting desktop/laptop, network and server/systems issues.
  • Also work closely with the engineering teams, assisting with design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the content plant, especially as it pertains to IT solutions.
  • An individual who is eager to expand their knowledge base and is excited to learn new things.
  • Provide remote IT support to all corporate, sales offices & various client’s centers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide courteous and timely response to calls and requests for support of both onsite and remote stakeholders
  • Utilize ServiceNow to log, update, and manage incidents and service requests and record changes to the supported environments
  • Provide support for typical business applications such as Microsoft Office Products (O365), Citrix VPNs and remote desktops, Web browsers, and Antivirus
  • Provide support for VMware based Windows environments
  • Provide support for hosted 0365 environments
  • Image, configure and deploy Windows and macOS end-user devices
  • Perform account management functions utilizing Manage Engine AD Manager, Azure AD, and Office 365
  • Install software and applications via SCCM and other automation tools, providing day 1 and 2 support
  • Adhere to existing and develop new processes and procedures set at the enterprise level
  • Assist with equipment moves within client office location(s)

Required Qualifications:
  • College Degree, Computer Science related field a plus
  • 5+ years of Information Technology experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Direct support experience with Windows Workstation OS 7 and 10
  • Experience managing 0365 and Cloud-based environments
  • Experience managing Active Directory including user and computer objects, and group policy
  • Experience managing LAN environments Cisco, Arista
  • Experience managing and maintaining Firewalls FortiGate, Palo Alto
  • Basic Network troubleshooting within the OSI model
  • Imaging, Maintaining, and upgrading windows machines utilizing SCCM and InTune
  • Providing user support over the phone (remote) and in-person
  • Management and Automated Installing of software and applications within a Windows Environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and remediate hardware and software issues within desktop and server environments
  • Familiar with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management ticketing systems
  • Experience managing macOS and associated hardware in a business environment
  • Management and operating within a VMware enterprise environment
  • Experience automating administration tasks via PowerShell Ansible, and Terraform
  • Network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
  • Experience working with storage solutions (NAS and SAN)
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities, escalations with technical skill, proactive communication and status, and finesse.
  • Strong communications skills and customer experience is essential
  • Ability to multi-task between processing tickets, various project work, and working with equipment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with software-based media systems to support streaming video delivery
  • Avid experience supporting editors, back-end servers, and Nexis Storage
  • Technical certifications are a plus (MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, Cloud)
