  • Design and Productize IT workflows for endpoint devices
    • Have a keen understanding of UEM (unified endpoint management) tools and analytics technology
    • Have in-depth product knowledge of Windows OS
    • Understand PC hardware components
    • Influence the Client to deliver modern IT workflows, analytics, and reporting
  • Design and lead solutions that enable modern management for Client Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) UEM
    • Design the software-enabled service infrastructure needed to support external customer requirements; responsible for technical aspects of solution design, analysis, coding/testing, and integration success
    • Enable and lead a differentiated delivery experience leveraging the Client toolkit
    • Drive change through people, process, and technology tool innovation
    • Understand the core business processes and apply current technology trends to innovate for the future
    • Design customer-first processes, demonstrating an ability to create conceptual mock-ups and process maps
    • Stay knowledgeable of cutting-edge technology trends
    • Direct and influence multiple groups across diverse business units to drive unified solutions
    • Work closely with our product management and design teams to enable a feature set that resonates with customers and our channel partners
    • Influence the engineering product development of cloud-based IT (including IT infrastructure, connectivity, and applications) solutions
Required Skills:
  • Advanced level experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (ConfigMgr)
  • Subject Matter Expert of Windows PowerShell, VBScript, and other scripting languages
  • Subject Matter Expert on Microsoft ConfigMgr, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Office365 and Intune, Windows Autopilot, Windows Analytics, SQL Server, Windows Desktop Operating Systems
  • Proficiency with solutions design, configuration, and implementation
  • Advanced experience of IT processes, tools, and solutions
  • Deep expertise and working knowledge of EUM (Endpoint Unified Management) / EMM (Enterprise Mobility Management) / Device Management.
  • Technical knowledge of methods used to troubleshoot errors to resolution
  • Deep knowledge of cloud services, software, and mobility hardware technology
  • Consistent customer-focus
  • Self-starter with solution development initiative
  • Excellent written and oral communications and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: consensus building, manage and influence virtual teams.
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines
Required Experience:
  • BA or BS in Technology related field, advanced university degree preferred
  • Primary Microsoft Certified System Engineer in Cloud Productivity or Cloud Platform, SCCM
  • Typically, 10+ years of experience in product engineering or development at a technology company (hardware, cloud, SaaS, or large-scale cloud services vendor)
  • Typically, 10+ years of relevant software experience
