Description

Infrastructure Specialist
Eclaro is looking for an Infrastructure Specialist for an opportunity for our client in Beaverton, OR.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform system implementation, tuning and day-to-day technical support for complex custom J2EE applications running in LINUX, AIX and VMware production, development and test environments
Install, maintain, configure, migrate, administer and troubleshoot enterprise environments including Websphere Application Server (WAS) ND, FileNet, messaging, Security Access Manager, Worklight, Decision Server for Operational Decision Manager and other software products as required to support the Mortgage solution.

Experience with security access products like TAM and LDAP
Configuration and maintenance of production monitoring system to ensure applications are proactively monitored for optimal performance
Maintain maximum uptime and performance for production applications.
Perform root cause analysis and make recommendations for improvement as related to availability, errors, performance, and usage patterns of the application.
Establish and perform structured change management best practices for implementing system changes, configuration modifications, application upgrades and patches.
Maintain relationship with third party suppliers and vendors for support, interactions, and maintenance.
Develop and maintain good working relationship with development team, and other groups that provide services and/or support for the Impact solution.
Develop, test and document operations procedures and configuration information for installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring.
Participate in efforts on tuning, performance management and capacity planning for the infrastructure.
Ensure compliance of the infrastructure components including security
Provides subject matter expertise (SME) on the operational infrastructure for new projects and deliverables.
Ensures the development, test, production and disaster recovery environments meet corporate and industry standards.
Responsible for managing the deployment and execution of changes from the development environment to production and ensuring a back out process is in place for any deployment.
Must have basic knowledge about relational data bases
Develop automation for application administration, management, rapid deployment and monitoring.
Provide technical mentoring and guidance to other team members
Maintain required documentation necessary for compliance and operational integrity

Qualifications :

Eight (8) years directly related to WebSphere Application Server ND support and configuration including performance tuning, clustering, automating, etc.
Two (2) to Five (5) years of experience with J2EE framework and applications in enterprise production support of middleware products such as Operational Decision Manager, Tivoli Access Manager, LDAP, and DB2/Oracle.
Four (4) years experience with Linux
Four (4) years experience with ANT or Jython and Application Server Toolkit (AST) developing, testing, and debugging WebSphere Application Server automation scripts
Four (4) years experience with WebSphere Application Server high availability, load balancing, tuning, backup and disaster recovery strategies
Two (2) years experience with FileNet P8 Content Manager and common Java based technologies (JMX, JDBC, JMS, JNDI, EJB, etc.) required.
Two (2) years experience with jython, python, UNIX shell scripting and wsadmin scripting
Two (2) or more years of experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP and web-based technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, HTML, JavaScript, etc.
Six (6) years experience with production support of Websphere in a large scale enterprise environment
Four (4) or more years of experience using troubleshooting skills and ability to identify, research, and resolve complex issues in the enterprise environment.
Participate in a 24x7 on call rotation support team providing immediate response to high priority requests including after hours and weekends.
