Position Overview:
  • The contractor will be responsible for supporting and managing the design, development, execution, and enhancement of our global Leadership Development portfolio of programs in support of our corporate Team Member population.
  • You will be an individual contributor on the Leadership Development team and will work collaboratively in a matrixed environment with the learning and global talent teams, as well as with vendors and other relevant partners in order to effectively execute upon Client leadership development strategy and priorities.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively across a variety of mediums, including strong business writing and public presentation skills
  • Implement programs and initiatives across core leadership framework
  • Program manage intake process for leadership development programming and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Prepare usage reports and analyze results to measure program effectiveness
  • Ensure internal documentation is branded consistently and manage document retention
  • Assist with virtual and in-person event logistics as needed
 
Required Qualifications:

    • Project management skills with an aptitude for staying calm and effective while handling multiple concurrent demands and prioritizing responsibilities
    • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
    • Problem solving skills to effectively and creatively find solutions for hard problems while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • BA/BS Bachelors Degree or 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Two (2) years of experience in leadership development or corporate learning and development
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience in corporate writing and communications
  • Experience collaborating with external vendor partnerships
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MA/MS Masters Degree in Industrial and Organization Psychology, Learning, Business or a related discipline
  • Three (3) years of Hospitality industry experience
  • Project Management related to Learning and Development or Leadership Development
  • Experience working in a global business environment
