HRIS Business Analyst with WorkDay experience

Eclaro is looking for a HRIS Business Analyst with WorkDay experience for our client in SAN JOSE, CA.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for core HR technology systems – Workday, Salesforce and SilkRoad - providing support in key system areas – core functions and interfaces.
  • Work directly with customers to research, troubleshoot and lead resolution efforts while building partnerships and forging customer relationships.
  • Manage inbound service requests for support maintaining focus on the employee experience resolving cases quickly and with quality.
  • Perform configuration, setup and testing support for updated business processes and other configuration changes.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for Workday – lead internal team discussions with a strategic lens on the full service request landscape bringing forward recommendation for Workday configuration adjustments.
  • Assist and train others as needed in the use and adoption of Workday.
  • Develop detailed test plans and execute on new configurations as required.
  • Perform audit research and conduct process audits to ensure data integrity; work with data management to resolve issues.
  • Assess impact of problems, communicate to appropriate team members, and provide prioritized solutions that minimize impact.
  • Partner with HR and other business partners to meet evolving business requirements and identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Support review and readiness activities for Workday weekly updates and bi-annual release cycles.
  • Participate and support internal SOX audit cycles and requirements.
  • Gather and document user requirements, then design and implement system solutions to improve the employee experience.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders involved with technology updates or implementations providing regular status updates
 
Required Experience:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HRIS analyst
  • Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience with HR systems – design, test and QA processes
 
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in Working in a Workday Project
  • Exposure to Workday
  • Experience partnering with internal and external audit leads through Workday audit reviews regards
 
Required Skills:
  • Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with flexibility and a positive attitude
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to absorb new technologies and features quickly.
  • Team player who will work across the organization to continue improving the way we provide service.
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Manage unexpected situations professionally and maintain a calm demeanor in difficult situations
  • Advanced Workday Experience / Certification – Reporting, Security and Release management
  • Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Comfortable handling sensitive, confidential information
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Detail oriented, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
