HR Administrator

Help drive change! Eclaro is looking for an HR Administrator for our client in Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities:
  • Creation of Statement of Work (SOW), Purchase Orders (POs), and Invoice processing
  • Create Development Request Forms as required in coordination with the Connect2Learn team
  • Provide administrative support for advisory, development, and consulting engagement as needed (room scheduling, VC set up, PowerPoint creation)
  • Help schedule trainings, and manage the logistics support required to conduct training (printing of materials, on-the-day on site vendor support, ensuring room is ready, roster, etc.)
  • Liaise with external training vendors as required to support training initiatives
  • Help with reporting and feedback data analysis of training sessions
  • Create and distribute effective marketing materials and communication that align with the regional and central guidelines
  • Highlight processes that need improvement in the Enablement process, and create KOPs for various tasks
  • Assist with Employee Relations and Advisory teams

Required Skills:
  • Experience of working in a HR department ideally or have experience of working in a fast paced environment either from a professional services or Financial services organization
  • Excellent communication verbal and written skills
  • Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills
  • Experience of working on and managing projects
  • Decision making and problem solving skills
  • A strong sense of integrity and passion for doing this right
  • A willingness to learn and have a process mind-set
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel, Sharepoint and PowerPoint
  • Passionate about HR
