The Help Desk Technician is needed to provide troubleshooting and diagnostics support to end users within hospitals and clinics, particularly surrounding the new software updgrade. Our Client is replacing Sorian with an upgraded version of Cerner.

  • Will be report to a Desktop Services Lead who is located at Client sites.
    • Expenses for travel billed separately for mileage, parking and tolls.
  • These roles involve configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting support for end users throughout each hospital/clinic.
  • Will be directed by the management team
  • Provide troubleshooting support and application diagnostics
  • Install software on newly- deployed desktops, and provide guidance for end users
  • Utilize LANDesk/Ivanti ticketing system and provide proper documentation

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products, Dragon software, dictation devices and scanners
  • Prior experience with Citrix and remote control a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
  • Dependable, reliable and professional
  • Must have reliable transportation.
