Position Overview:
Client wide hardware/software support as approved in budget.
  • Actively monitor the desktop queue
  • Perform break fix
  • Configure, install and troubleshoot Client's allotted software
  • Deployment of laptops, monitors, desk phones
  • Imaging laptops and desktops
  • Maintain CMDB
  • Customer Service
  • Support other IT Groups within Client's organization
  • Asset management: disposal of equipment
  • Minimum 4 years prior demonstrated experience
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
